Publicly celebrated by Nike Legal Global for streamlining plans for the 2020 and 2022 Olympics product creation. Partnered with cross-functional teams in brand, design, product, and operations, managing all facets of Olympic products.

Headed communication projects and published multiple Nike marketing advertisements in the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI) global magazine.

Lead the operations and logistics for Doernbecher product development, enabling over $40 million in fundraising for Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Appointed by the VP of Government Affairs to sit on the Doernbecher Children's Hospital board, maintaining active board member status since 2017.

As Co-Chair of the Military Spouse Network, I lead the Community Impact pillar with a mission to uplift and support military families through strategic partnerships and philanthropic engagement. I’ve successfully secured annual donations of up to $25,000 for nonprofit organizations serving military communities, ensuring they receive the resources needed to thrive. I collaborate cross-functionally with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies—including Amazon, Walmart, T-Mobile, Visa, and Johnson & Johnson—to advocate for inclusive workplace policies such as flexible scheduling and enhanced leave accommodations.

Additionally, I engage with policymakers on Capitol Hill to elevate awareness of Nike’s efforts and drive broader systemic change that supports the unique needs of military-connected families.
